We may collect identification and contact data (name, phone number, email address) when you fill in the form, book on WhatsApp or come in for a visit. Once you are a patient, we also collect sensitive personal health data about your oral health, needed for your diagnosis and treatment (clinical history, X-rays, clinical photographs). This sensitive data is handled in strict confidence and only with your consent.
3. Purposes
Primary purposes: booking and confirming your appointments, providing your dental care, building your clinical record, following up on your treatment and issuing receipts. Secondary purposes, which you may decline without affecting your care: sending you hygiene or check-up reminders, promotions and satisfaction surveys.
4. Data transfer
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared only where the law requires it or where it is essential to your treatment (for example, a dental laboratory or a referring specialist), always under a duty of confidentiality.
5. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, send your request to [email protected] stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a form of identification. We will reply within the timeframes set by law.
6. Use of cookies
